AWARD OF SERVICE

AWARD CRITERIA

The Award of Service is awarded by the Commanding Law Enforcement Officer of the presiding jurisdiction to a person who, while serving in any capacity in or with the office, distinguished himself or herself by successful negotiation of public service. The service member will receive this award for every five years of service. For every five years of service, the award will reflect a service star.

CERTIFICATE STANDARD

• All certificates must be printed in color on standardized paper style: Premium Card-stock Paper, 8.5" x 11", White.

• All certificates will be embossed by the hand of the "Commanding Law Enforcement Officer" and signed prior to issue.
