SWAT OFFICER SKILL BADGE

DECORATION CRITERIA

Officers of the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, who have been selected and assigned to a verified and recognized SWAT unit and successfully negotiated a probationary period, consisting of a qualification course not selection course, shall be issued orders for the SWAT Officer Skill Badge. All officers with orders will be authorized to wear the skill badge.

CERTIFICATE STANDARD

• All certificates must be printed in color on standardized paper style: Premium Card-stock Paper, 8.5" x 11", White.

• All certificates will be embossed by the hand of the "Commanding Law Enforcement Officer" and signed prior to issue.
